We support the majority of Microsoft operating systems and versions of Office as well as your e-mail, network and printers etc, however, we differ from most support companies in that we will offer advice as well as support. So, if you have been battling over that spreadsheet, or spent hours trying to set up tabs or tables in Word, or even wondered how to place signatures on the bottom of e-mails, we will guide you through it.

Our support is telephone based, with the option for remote support if required. We will also visit your site on the occasions where, either trying to resolve the problem over the phone is not practable, or time is of the essence and you want someone on site to fix the problem as soon as possible.

As we are aimed at the small business, you will find that our charges reflect this with a minimal fixed cost per PC per annum.
