We can provide training in Word, Excel or general
computer use.
Word consists of two levels, while Excel consists
of three, taking you from an explanation of the software, opening
and saving files through to using bookmarks, mail merge, complex
formulas and pivot tables.
General computer training is a great way of getting
to know your computer. Within a couple of hours you will have the
confidence to use your computer, knowing how to get into applications,
the Internet and e-mail as well as the control panel. The aim is
not to make you a guru of the PC, but to give you the confidence
to start using it, as the only way to get better is to practice,
but after the training you will be able to practice knowing that
you won't be able to damage your computer!!
The training can be formal, on site training where
we interview all the delegates first to find out their requirements,
after all someone who has used Excel for seven years, may simply
be entering data, not creating spreadsheets, through to informal
training within your office, where we will sit down with you, find
out what you want to achieve and then guide you through the steps.
